How do I join?
Just follow the simple steps from the 'Join Now' box that can be found on the right of this page and on the homepage. You will also need to choose a Username (your alias) - No rude words please! Please enter your contact information completely and accurately on the joining form. It is important to enter a valid e-mail address as without one you won't be able to activate your account. We send you an email with an activation link as soon as you've submitted your form and you will not be able to log in if you do not activate your account via via the link we send you first.

How do I log-in?
After you click on (or copy and paste) the activation link from the email we send you just insert your account Username/Alias and password where indicated in the Log- In box which can be found on the top right-hand side of this page or on the home page.

Do I have to spend ages downloading software?
No, our games appear in a pop-up window and load instantly so you can deposit, play and win instantly! Please check that you have turned off any pop-up blockers though as this may prevent game screens from appearing. This also means that you can access your account and play on any computer with an internet connection.

Do I need a powerful computer to play?
No, the average home computer should support our fun and friendly games. If you can surf the net with no problems, you should be able to play. If you experience problems we suggest you check:
- Pop-up blockers for this site are turned OFF
- Your internet browser is up to date (such as Internet Explorer version 4 or higher)
- Your Flash Player is at least version 5

Can I practice playing for free first?
Yes and you don't even need to submit any details! Simply click on any game and choose the Fun Mode or Free Play option. This gives you the chance to 'try before you buy', familiarise yourself with the game and see how much fun it is! There is an option to go straight from Fun Mode to Real Money mode in every game so if you'd like to win real money you can easily switch to play with real money. In order to enter the Real Money mode you will need to submit a joining form or simply log in if you already have an account with us.

I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?
Simply click on the 'Go' button in the 'Member Login' box. If the username or password field is blank you will see the link for 'forgotten password?' Click on it and fill in your registered email address and we'll email you a reminder.
